Bolton Buildings can offer a wide range of services, including supply only of the Beamlock frame, construction of the complete project including drawing preparation or anything in between.

All our Beamlocktimber framed buildings are prepared to order and so come 'ready to erect'.

Our timber kits are made to order and so can accomodate your exact requirements. We pre-cut the roof rafters and can cut to any pitch to suit your drawings. If you prefer an alternative cladding to our standard featheredge boarding, let us know and we will adjust accordingly.

Bolton Buildings offers a high quality, low cost modular solution on a wide range of traditional and contemporary structures, during the past few years we have worked with most of the major housing developers based in the UK, providing from 1bay car ports to large garage complexes.

Bolton Buildings recoginized the importance of establishing a product in the market place. They realised that Developers need a clean, warm sales centre where clients can veiw plans, discuss layout and the important business of buying a property. To accomodate developers requirements Bolton Buildings created the Sales Centre which can be built on a site and then dismantled and resited to the developers requirements.

The Sales Centre

Bolton Buildings has been instrumental in providing this sort of building either as a standalone unit or by being one of the earlier contractors on site to construct garage bays which are then adapted by Bolton Buildings quickly and economically for the duration of the site. Garage bays can then be stripped of the marketing suit or sales centre finish and revert to being just a garage - recycling at its best!
